Cookies and storage

We use essential storage for the workspace. Usage analytics are on by default and can be turned off on this page.

Account cookies

Better Auth uses session cookies to maintain your sign-in and secure authentication. The private admin area uses a separate HttpOnly cookie that expires after two hours. Signing out ends the active session. Blocking essential cookies prevents sign-in.

Offer window

A signed, HttpOnly cookie remembers the deadline for the 7-day offer reservation for up to 30 days. Refreshing the page does not restart the countdown. It contains no email address and is not used for advertising or tracking across websites. Session storage remembers whether you have dismissed the offer.

Browser drafts

IndexedDB stores your landing-page idea and selected reference files. Session storage preserves unfinished onboarding in the current browser session. These are separate from account records. Clear browser site data to remove them.

Preferences

An essential signed cookie keeps a browser on its assigned subscription price for up to 90 days. It contains a random identifier, no email or design data. Checkout verifies the exact displayed terms before payment. You can turn usage analytics off or back on with the control on this page. Your choice is saved in browser storage, and browsers that send Global Privacy Control are treated as turned off. First-party analytics stores a random tab identifier and signed test assignment in session storage. PostHog stores a browser identifier locally, links it to your account’s random ID while you are signed in, and does not use session replay. Sentry receives redacted browser errors to help diagnose problems. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga) that keep a random browser ID for up to two years; in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it sets none until you turn analytics on here.
